More than a place to stay, Les Intemporels is a life project built together with passion, high standards and a great deal of heart.
More than a holiday rental,
a life project.
"It all started with a simple question..."
Les Intemporels were born from a simple idea: to create the holiday home where we ourselves would have dreamed of staying.
"We designed the holiday home we would have loved to stay in ourselves."
Before this project, I had already undertaken the complete renovation of our home. Passionate about interior design for as long as I can remember, I imagined the renovation plans myself and carried out a large part of the work: demolishing walls, removing rubble, restoring steps, sanding, painting, and designing every living space. Xavier would lend me a hand whenever his schedule allowed. This experience confirmed something I had long felt: I truly love creating living spaces and giving them a soul.
One day, Xavier came home and simply said:
"I've found a piece of land... What do you think about creating a holiday home?"
That simple question marked the beginning of an adventure we could never have imagined.
The land required at least four holiday studios to be built, so we asked ourselves just one question:
"What kind of holiday home would we dream of spending a weekend in?"
That single question guided every decision we made.

Today, Les Intemporels reflects who we are, our shared values and the way we love welcoming people. We created this place with simplicity, generosity, attention to detail and, above all, a great deal of heart.
Every detail was designed with passion.
"We didn't just want to build four holiday studios. We wanted to create four unique worlds, each with its own personality."
From the very beginning, I sketched the first floor plans to make the most of everysquare metre and create studios that were both beautiful and practical. The builder then adapted them to meet all technical and building regulations.
We carefully considered every aspect of the guest experience: circulation, natural light, storage, the placement of every appliance and the opening of each studio onto its own private terrace. Our goal was simple: for every guest to feel instantly at home, even during a one-night stay.
During the ten months of construction, I also spent countless evenings and weekends in my workshop. I created clocks, artwork, serving boards and decorative pieces, often giving reclaimed materials a second life. Every creation naturally found its place in one of the four worlds we had imagined.
Le Boho, L'Atelier, Le Bouchon and La Fabrique each tell a different story. Yet they all share the same promise: a warm, comfortable and authentic place where guests immediately feel at ease. Above all, they share the same commitment to comfort, quality and authenticity.

Since opening, we have never stopped observing, improving and refining every detail. Some furniture has been replaced, decorative elements have evolved and new amenities have been added to better meet our guests' expectations. For us, a welcoming place is never truly finished — it continues to grow with every guest who stays here.
A holiday home designed for everyone

When we created Les Intemporels, one thing mattered deeply to us: making this place accessible to as many people as possible.
To achieve this, we worked with an occupational therapist from the French Red Cross in Chalon-sur-Saône to design a truly accessible studio for guests with reduced mobility.
Her expertise led us to rethink part of the layout: moving a wall, redesigning the bathroom, adapting the bed height, choosing the right equipment, installing grab bars and a shower chair, and carefully positioning the kitchen and household appliances.
Our goal was never simply to comply with accessibility standards. We wanted every guest to enjoy the same level of comfort, independence and peace of mind.
Today, L’Atelier is a studio where every detail has been thoughtfully designed so that everyone can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Building sustainably, naturally
"We wanted to create a place that is beautiful today and sustainable for tomorrow."
From the very first plans, our goal was to design a holiday home that is comfortable, modern and built to last.
The buildings comply with the latest RT2020 French energy efficiency standards and are equipped with a high-performance heat pump,providing efficient heating during winter while also keeping the swimming pool pleasantly warm throughout much of the season.
As night falls, solar-powered lighting naturally takes over, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the pathways and outdoor spaces while reducing energy consumption.
Les Intemporels has also grown alongside nature. Since opening, we have planted more than 150 trees, shrubs and plants,, created hedges, installed pergolas, landscaped the terraces, built the swimming pool and recently completed its new tiled surround. Every year, we continue to improve and enhance the property, making it an even more enjoyable place to stay.
We also enjoy giving materials a second life.Many of the decorative pieces found throughout the studios have been designed and handcrafted from repurposed or recycled materials, giving forgotten objects a new purpose and a new story.
Our philosophy is simple: make thoughtful, sustainable choices, allow the property to evolve naturally over time and keep improving it year after year.

We created Les Intemporels to help our guests discover a region we truly love.
Throughout the seasons, we enjoy sharing our favourite places, local producers, traditional markets, restaurants, wineries and all the hidden gems that make Southern Burgundy so special.
We believe that a memorable stay is also about meeting passionate people who love what they do and proudly share their expertise.
That is why we always favour partnerships with local businesses and artisans who share our values of quality, authenticity and hospitality.

A heartfelt commitment

Since opening Les Intemporels, we have always wanted this project to have a purpose beyond simply welcoming travelers.
That is why we donate 5% of every direct booking to the Magie à l'Hôpital charity,which brings joy, wonder and precious moments of escape to children in hospital every day.
For us, this commitment is a natural extension of our values. Every stay booked directly helps, in its own way, bring a smile to a child.
We also believe that a holiday rental can have a positive impact on its local community. By working with local artisans, producers and nearby partners, we support a network of passionate people who share our values.
Year after year, Les Intemporels continues to evolve with the same ambition: to improve every guest's experience while staying true to who we are.

We have never wanted to become the biggest holiday rental.
We simply want to keep creating a place that reflects who we are and where every guest feels at home.
