How do I book a stay?

You can book your stay directly through our website, via Booking.com or Airbnb, or by contacting us by phone or email. Booking directly through our website guarantees you the best available rate.

Check-in is available from 5:00 PMCheck-out is before 10:30 AM. to allow us to prepare the studios to the highest standards for our next guests.

Our standard check-in time is from 5:00 PMto give us enough time to prepare your studio to the highest standards before your arrival.

However, if your studio is ready earlier, we'll be delighted to let you check in before. On the day of your arrival,as soon as your studio has been cleaned and is ready, we'll send you a WhatsApp message to let you know. You can then arrive at your convenience.

However, we cannot guarantee an early check-in, as it depends on when our previous guests check out and the time required to prepare your studio.

Yes. Thanks to our secure key boxes, you can check in independently, even if you arrive later in the evening. Simply let us know in advance, and we'll send you all the information you need to access your studio with ease.

Depending on how you booked your stay, you'll receive this information as follows:

If your studio is ready before 5:00 p.m., we'll let you know straight away so you can settle in as soon as you arrive.

Yes, Dogs are welcome at Les Intemporels.

We welcome dogs only (no other pets), with a maximum of two dogs per studio..

An additional fee of €15 per dog, per stay, applies.

We simply ask that your dogs respect the property, other guests, and the outdoor areas. For their safety and everyone's comfort, dogs must be kept on a leash in all shared areas.

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed in or around the swimming pool. However, they are welcome in the outdoor areas, provided they are kept under their owners' supervision.

Yes. Les Intemporels has four independent studios, perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travellers who want to stay together while enjoying their own privacy.

No. To preserve the peace and quiet of the property and ensure the comfort of all our guests, hen and stag parties are not permitted at Les Intemporels.

Our property is primarily a place to relax and unwind, ideal for couples, families, groups of friends, and business travellers.

No. To ensure a peaceful and relaxing stay for all our guests, parties, celebrations, and excessive noise are not permitted. We kindly ask you to respect the property and our neighbours throughout your stay.

For All Direct Bookings, a 30% Deposit is Required to Confirm Your Stay.

The remaining Balance is then payable 14 days before your arrival via a secure payment link that we send to you by email or via WhatsApp.

If your booking is made less than 15 days before your arrival date, you will receive a payment link for the remaining balance as soon as your deposit has been paid.

Yes. Regardless of the booking platform used (direct booking, Booking.com or Airbnb), you can cancel your stay free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date..

In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before your arrival, the cancellation fees set out in the booking terms and conditions will apply.

If something unexpected happens, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will always do our best to help you and find the most suitable solution.

Yes. Before your arrival, a €400 bank pre-authorisation per studio is required.

This is not an actual charge, but simply a bank card pre-authorisation placed on your card. In the absence of any damage or breach of the rental terms and conditions, this pre-authorisation is automatically released at the end of your stay.

Details of any deductions (damage, missing items, failure to comply with the house rules, etc.) are set out in the welcome guide, available in each studio.

The studios

Are all the studios identical?

Les Intemporels offers four independent studios, each with its own unique atmosphere and décor.

  • Le Boho : a natural, bohemian style.
  • Le Bouchon : inspired by the Burgundian way of life.
  • La Fabrique : an industrial, contemporary style.
  • L’Atelier : a studio fully accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

Le Boho, Le Bouchon, and La Fabrique have the same layout and amenities. Only the décor changes, giving each studio its own unique atmosphere.

L’Atelier, on the other hand, is slightly more spacious (32 m²) to meet accessibility standards for guests with reduced mobility, while offering the same level of comfort and amenities.

All four studios offer the same level of comfort and are equipped with the same amenities.

  • Le Boho is the first studio as you arrive from the car park. Its natural, bohemian atmosphere is perfect for guests looking for peace, comfort, and relaxation.
  • L’Atelier is the second studio. More spacious (32 m²), it has been specially designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility.
  • Le Bouchon is the third studio. Its décor celebrates the Burgundian way of life, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • La Fabrique is the fourth and final studio. Its contemporary industrial style will appeal to guests who appreciate modern design.

Le Boho, Le Bouchon, and La Fabrique have the same layout and amenities. Only the décor differs. L’Atelier is slightly larger to meet accessibility requirements for guests with reduced mobility.

Each studio can accommodate 2 adults.

From mid-October to the end of April, le Boho, Le Bouchon et La Fabrique can also accommodate 1 child, thanks to an extra bed (additional charge applies).

However, during the swimming pool season, we do not accommodate children. This policy has been put in place to ensure everyone's safety. As the swimming pool is unsupervised, its safety relies in particular on the pool cover being closed whenever no one is nearby. To provide a safe, peaceful, and relaxing environment for all our guests, we have therefore chosen to reserve this period for adults only.

Yes. All four studios are equipped with reversible air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort all year round.

As part of our sustainable development approach, the heating and air conditioning temperatures are intentionally limited. This setting ensures a high level of comfort while reducing energy consumption and minimising our environmental impact.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our eco-friendly approach.

Yes. Each studio has a private covered terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and a gas plancha, so you can make the most of the warm weather.

Each studio features a fully equipped kitchen, including:

  • Filter coffee maker
  • Nespresso machine
  • Kettle

You will also find the following at your disposal:

  • Quelques capsules de café et sachets de thé pour votre arrivée 

As part of our sustainable development approach, we use reusable sponges. We kindly ask you to leave them in the studio when you depart so they can be cleaned and reused.

Yes. The beds are made before your arrival, and bed linen, bath towels, and tea towels are provided.

Yes. A secure high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge in all studios.

During your first connection, you will be asked to enter your email address to access the network.

In accordance with current regulations, connection data (connection logs) are retained by our Internet service provider S2ISR, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Yes. All studios are completely non-smoking.

However, smoking is permitted outdoors on your private terrace, using the ashtrays provided.

Yes. L’Atelier L’Atelier was specially designed with the support of an occupational therapist to provide maximum comfort and independence for guests with reduced mobility.

Yes. From the very beginning of the Les Intemporels project, we requested a enhanced sound insulation between each studio to ensure maximum peace and comfort for our guests.

This enhanced sound insulation allows you to fully enjoy your stay in complete peace and quiet.

Yes. Each studio is equipped with a smart TV.

You can enjoy the Molotov to access the main French TV channels as well as many international channels.

Additional radio apps are also available to listen to your favourite stations throughout your stay.

Thanks to the smart TV, you can easily and comfortably access your programmes, whether you are on holiday, travelling for business, or simply looking to relax.

Yes. As the television is a smart TV, you can access available streaming apps and log in with your own login details. We simply recommend that you remember to log out of your accounts before your departure.

To help protect our environment, we kindly ask you to sort your waste during your stay.

Place all recyclable packaging in the yellow recycling bin:

  • cardboard and cardboard packaging,
  • paper,
  • plastic bottles, containers, and bags,
  • cans,
  • tins, cans, and other metal packaging.

A recycling bin is available on your studio terrace. The yellow recycling container is located behind the gîte building.

Glass bottles, jars, and glass containers should be placed in the green container located next to the laundry room door.

⚫ Household waste
All non-recyclable waste must be placed in the kitchen bin. The black waste container is located behind the gîte building.

This first aid kit is regularly checked to ensure you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.

Yes. A hairdryer is provided in each studio.

Yes. Each studio is equipped with a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster.

A few coffee pods, tea, and basic condiments are also provided to help you start your stay comfortably.

Yes. Each studio is equipped with an iron as well as an ironing mat, so you can easily freshen up your clothes during your stay.

Whether you are on holiday, travelling for business, or attending an event in the area, you will have everything you need to take care of your clothes.

Yes. Each studio is equipped with USB ports built into the bedside lamps, allowing you to easily charge your phone, tablet, or other electronic devices overnight.

Depending on the studio, you can also enjoy a wireless charger built in, compatible with smartphones equipped with this technology.

Yes. Each studio is equipped with aUK plug adapters, allowing guests from the United Kingdom and other countries using this type of plug to easily connect their electrical devices.

Pool & Outdoor Areas

Enjoy outdoor spaces designed for relaxation, with a heated swimming pool, private terraces, a pétanque court, and landscaped surroundings perfect for unwinding.
Is the swimming pool heated?

Yes. Our swimming pool is heated using a heat pump, providing a pleasant temperature throughout the entire swimming pool season.

During periods of extreme heat, this same heat pump also allows us to cool the water, providing greater swimming comfort, even in the height of summer.

This efficient solution allows us to ensure our guests’ comfort while limiting our energy consumption, as part of our sustainable development approach.

The swimming pool is open from early May to mid-October (depending on weather conditions).

The opening and closing dates may vary slightly depending on weather conditions to ensure comfortable water temperatures.

The swimming pool is available every day from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, exclusively for guests staying at Les Intemporels.

After 10:00 pm, you may continue to enjoy the swimming pool and outdoor areas, provided that you respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property and the tranquillity of the neighbourhood..

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Les Intemporels, we kindly ask you to limit noise in the evening for everyone’s comfort.

Yes. To preserve water quality, everyone’s safety, and the comfort of our guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules:

  • Take a shower before each swim. Each studio has a bathroom with a shower, easily accessible before heading to the swimming pool.
  • Apply your sunscreen approximately 30 minutes before swimming., allowing it time to absorb into the skin and reducing its spread in the water.
  • Glasses, bottles, food, and meals are not permitted in the pool.
  • Dogs are not permitted in the pool or on the pool deck., to ensure hygiene and comfort for everyone.
  • Swimming is unsupervised. The pool is not supervised. Children must be accompanied and remain under the constant supervision of an adult.
  • When no one is present in the pool area, we kindly ask you to close the safety cover.

These simple actions help preserve water quality, ensure everyone’s safety, and provide a pleasant swimming environment for all our guests.

Yes. The swimming pool is equipped with a safety roller cover compliant with current regulations.

Swimming remains unsupervised unsupervised, and children must never be left without adult supervision.

To ensure everyone’s safety, we ask our guests to systematically close the cover when no one is present in the pool area.

For this reason, we welcome children only from mid-October to the end of April., when the swimming pool is closed.

The water quality is automatically monitored thanks to an automated regulation system which continuously adjusts the levels of pH et de disinfectant (chlorine).

This system ensures clean, balanced, and pleasant water for swimming throughout the entire season.

Yes. Sun loungers, and sun umbrellas and various relaxation areas are available free of charge around the pool, allowing you to fully enjoy the sun or relax in the shade.

Yes. A pétanque court is available free of charge to all our guests.

Pétanque balls are provided in each studio for your use.

Each studio features its own private covered terrace.

However, the swimming pool, pétanque court, and green spaces are shared areas, reserved exclusively for guests staying at Les Intemporels.

No. Pool towels are not provided..

We invite you to bring your own bath towels so you can fully enjoy the swimming pool during your stay.

Yes. The swimming pool benefits from excellent exposure, with plenty of sunshine from morning until sunset., perfect for making the most of your day.

For the comfort of our guests, Sun loungers and sun umbrellas sun loungers and parasols are available around the swimming pool.

Pets policy

Because holidays are even better when shared with your four-legged companion, dogs are welcome at Les Intemporels, provided that they respect the property, other guests, and a few simple common-sense rules.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Children are welcome only upon request.

To help us prepare your stay in the best possible conditions, we kindly ask you to inform us at the time of booking.

No. Welcoming a child is subject to an supplement of €15 per child per night.

This supplement includes the preparation of an sofa bed (clic-clac) with a duvet, as well as the provision of the bath linen.

Yes. Les Intemporels have a free private parking including 3 parking spaces, reserved for our guests.

The parking area is located inside the property, just a few steps away from the studios.

If the three private parking spaces are occupied, you can park for free on the street, directly in front of the property..

Parking there is easy and does not require any reservation.

Yes. The parking area is located inside the property and benefits from a video surveillance system, helping to enhance the security of parked vehicles.

The On the day of your arrivalAs soon as your studio is ready, we will send you all the information you need to access your accommodation.

If you arrive outside our presence hours, a secure key box will allow you to access your studio independently.

Yes. Motorcycles are welcome and can be parked free of charge on the private parking area. of Les Intemporels.

However, in order to preserve the outdoor facilities, motorcycles must not be parked on the private terraces or on the gravel areas located in front of the studios.. These areas notably conceal the access points to the sewage system, which could be damaged by the weight of the vehicles.

We kindly ask you to park exclusively in the designated parking spaces provided.

Yes. Cyclists are welcome at Les Intemporels.

Even though we do not have a secure enclosed bicycle storage area, you can store your bicycles on your studio’s private terrace., right next to your accommodation.

This solution allows you to keep your bicycles easily accessible throughout your stay.

Yes. Les Intemporels are located near only 10 minutes by car from Tournus train station, served by numerous regional and national connections.

Additional local taxi companies provide transfers between the train station and Les Intemporels. However, it is recommended to book your taxi in advance, car il n’y a pas de taxis en attente permanente à la gare.

If you wish, we can provide you with the contact details of a taxi service before your arrival to help make your journey arrangements easier.

Please note: the period of the grape harvestthe grape harvest period mid-August (depending on weather conditions), is a very busy period for winegrowers. Some estates may reduce their opening hours, temporarily suspend tastings, or welcome visitors by appointment only.

We therefore recommend that you book your visit in advance. If you wish, we will be delighted to guide you towards estates that are open during your stay.

For direct bookings, we also use WhatsApp to let you know as soon as your studio is ready and, if necessary, provide you with the information you need for your arrival.

We speak French and we can communicate in English to assist you before and during your stay.

If necessary, we also use translation tools to make communication easier and to best respond to your requests.
